How to make name necklace
1) Design the necklace
Send us name with font/word/signaure/logo/sketch/photo, as well as chain type and length.
2) Create mockup
Merge the name so all letters touch together, remove the fill and add a outline.
3) Make the nameplate
Cut out the name by laser cutting matchine. Each individual piece will be grinded and polished to remove uneven or rustic
surfaces, then hand-polished till it looks delicate.
4) Assemble
Attach chain, extender and jump rings to nameplate.
5) Electroplate
Deposit a layer of Rhodium or gold over the whole pieces.
6) Inspection
Check name, font, color, chain type & length, clasp, and make sure every necklace is correct and qualified to be shipped out.
