1-Do you support custom design?

Yes, custom design is available. We have professional pattern engineers to help on new designs or revisions on our current designs. Pls provide us detailed information for your design such as reference photos, size measurements, etc.

2-What kind of logo can you do?

We have various logo styles: embroidery and printing logo are generally used. We also support rubber logo, rubber patch, appliqué, embossed logo etc. Woven label tag and hangtag are also available.

3-What sizes do you do?

Generally from XS to 2XL. Any request for smaller or bigger sizes, pls contact us to double check.

4-What’s your MOQ?

1 Piece for sample order, 50pcs for bulk orders.

5-What is the lead time?

7 days for the specific sample, 15-30 days for bulk orders, please consult us for more details.

6-Why sample price is so high?

For sample order, they will be produced separately by sample workshop, the production efficiency is not as high as bulk order, which means higher labor cost. Meanwhile, we need to pay surcharge for small material orders to supplier.
